Clearing a flat is a different job to clearing a house: everything has to come down a shared stairwell without marking the walls or leaving a corridor blocked, and often there's nowhere to park longer than a few minutes. That's the part we plan for before we arrive.
We clear tenanted flats, empty bedsits, probate properties and whole blocks between lets. Furniture that won't turn on the landing gets cut down on the spot, and the communal areas are left exactly as we found them.

What goes on the lorry
